As most leather goods are made to order, please allow some extra time for our artisans to fulfil your request. Our current lead time is 4-6 weeks depending on the article ordered but please enquire if your order is urgent.
Westley Richards offers worldwide delivery on the majority of our online items. Please note there may be specific exceptions on individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export. Please also be aware that countries outside the EU may be liable for extra customs charges that are outside of our control. Delivery times maybe slightly longer than expected if a item is held at customs.
If you wish to cancel an order placed with Westley Richards please return the confirmation email to us stating your wish to cancel the order or call +44 (0)121 333 1900 between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday.
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Westley Richards Order, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition.
Westley Richards regrets that it is unable to offer a refund on personalised or made to measure goods unless they are faulty. All sale on discounted merchandise is final. All returns should be made within 21 days from Invoice date and in original, undamaged packaging.
Westley Richards cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. We would therefore ask that you ship your return in a traceable manner. If we find that the product has been returned and is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% from the original selling price for the refund amount.
