America, with its long traditions of hunting and shooting, its liberal gun ownership statutes and wealthy enthusiasts, has long been an important place to exhibit for British gunmakers. Westley Richards has been well represented at every major US show since our late M.D. Simon Clode started expanding the company in the early 2000’s.
Today, our current M.D. Anthony Alborough-Tregear leads the team and he will be representing Westley Richards in person at Dallas Safari Club (Atlanta) and Safari Club International (Nashville). Diggory Hadoke and L.D. McCaa will also be on hand to help with enquiries about the current inventory of pre-owned and vintage guns, and questions about the history and heritage of the company, its guns and records.
The Westley Richards booth is always in a prominent position and will be stocked with examples of our recent work, as well as a number of guns for sale. There have been some exciting developments at Westley Richards in recent weeks and ‘Trigger’ will be happy to discuss the expanding possibilities for new projects with new customers and existing clients.
The company is in excellent shape as we head into 2025, with our own-brand clothing, our partner-brand lines and our in-house leather goods sales all increasing year-on-year. Steady growth is the key to our success and we plan to build on that.
