Mauser Army Model C Hunting rifle in 7x57. Built on a standard length military action with flag safety and fixed floorplate. 24" barrel with a barrel band, engine turned ramp foresight and tangent rear sight regulated from 50 to 1000 yards. Semi pistol grip stock measuring 13 1/2" to the centre of the heel plate, cheek piece, sling swivel and long, tapered, unchequered forend. Number 93/83 is stamped into the underside of the stock. The rifle remains in relatively good condition.
