Completed in 2006, based on an original Oberndorf Mauser action, this is a traditional Holland & Holland pattern stalking rifle.

 The rifle remains in very good original condition, with very little evidence of wear.

The barrel is 25” with a standing sight to 130 yards and a leaf to 200, plus quick-detach mounts and a Zeiss 3-9x42 ‘scope.

The 14 ½” well figured walnut stock with leather-covered A-R pad, pistol-hand with steel grip-cap and cheek-piece for the right-handed shooter.

The rifle features best scroll engraving to the barrel, action, guard and floor plate, with a red stag also featured on the floor plate.

Overall, a very nice example of a traditional H&H stalking rifle in a popular calibre, for which ammunition is readily available.
