Westley Richards 12g sidelock ejector in excellent condition. Completed in 1917 as the No. 2 of a pair, the gun features a 7 pin sidelock action with double triggers tang top lever and automatic game safe. The action is engraved with a full elaborate scroll coverage, a dog on point on the trigger bow and perfectly executed, deep carved floral fences. The gun was returned to us in 1970 and was rebarreled and restocked. The new chopper lump barrels measure 27 1/2" with 2 3/4" chambers and are choked cylinder and improved cylinder. The straight hand stock measures 14 3/4" to the centre of the butt with a silver oval, drop points and splinter forend. The gun comes in an oak and leather case with accessories.
